EWGA Charlotte understands the importance of golf education and player development in the constant effort to improve our games. Assisting in this, the premier golf pros in the area will work with our Education Committee each season to put together a complete series of clinics for our members.
These clinics include: the long game, short game, bunker play, conducting business on the course and others. As well as course management clinics, which feature time on the golf course with an instructor. The clinics vary in length from an hour after work, to a few hours on a weekend, to multiple-day clinics.
Our Advisor, Leslie Elmore, designs her clinics to offer drills, tips and exercises that will help you improve various aspects of your game. It's all designed to give you the chance to lower your scores and your handicaps, and make the game of golf even more fun!
Please see the Events Calendar for the current clinic schedule or to arrange individual golf lessons contact: Leslie Elmore at Providence Country Club tel. 704-503-7529 or email labelmore@aol.com

In addition to clinics and lessons, EWGA offers a program called S.W.I.N.G. Skillful Women Inspiring New Golfers. This is an opportunity to play golf with a golf Mentor or “golfing buddy” who helps a new golfer feel confident and comfortable on a golf course.
